■Investor Relation（IR）の業務全般
株主・投資家との対話を通じて、企業の戦略や財務状況、サステナビリティ
への取り組みなどを的確に伝える重要な役割を担います。
経営陣と投資家の橋渡しとして、企業の信頼性と透明性を高める活動に携わっていただきます。
・ 経営戦略に基づいたIR戦略を立案し、その実行
・決算説明会、投資家面談などの企画・運営
・投資家向け資料（決算説明資料、統合報告書等）の作成
・株主・投資家からの問い合わせ対応
・社内関連部門（財務、経営企画、ESG推進室等）との連携
・WebサイトのIRコンテンツ管理
・他社IR動向調査

Required Skills

・Investor Relation（IR）の経験者（2年以上）

・社内外との円滑なコミュニケーションができる方
・英語での読み書き・会話に抵抗のない方（海外投資家対応あり）
・PCスキル（Word Excel PowerPointは必須）
