（１）酒類事業のコンプライアンス及びリスクマネジメントの推進（内部通報業務対応含む）
（２）酒類事業の契約審査及び重要な契約交渉への参画
（３）酒類事業の訴訟及び紛争等に対する法務対策
（４）株主総会及び取締役会に関する業務
（５）社内法律相談及び指導 等
