大型舶用エンジンの開発設計から、部品調達、エンジン製造、販売、サポートを展開する当社において、調達部門を担当頂き、
更に管理職として、メンバー（バイヤー）の実務管理や課題への重点対応を行って頂きます。
■具体的な業務内容
＜業務的側面＞
・コストダウン活動推進。 ・サプライチェーンの再構築。 ・納期管理手法の抜本的な見直し。
・新燃料エンジンプロジェクトの管理推進。 ・アフターサービス事業における協定価格推進。
・環境対応推進 等の重要課題の推進頂きます。
＜管理職的側面＞
・個別決裁の一次承認
・バイヤー、部下の育成
・人事管理（部下の労務）
