■ESI Systems製品担当（レキシブル基板のレーザー加工、積層セラミックコンデンサ（MLCC）の高速テスト、高密度相互接続（HDI）基板製造向けのレーザーシステム）
材料加工および検査の性能評価（精度、スループット等）
既存製品の評価に関連するアプリケーショングループの活動を支援
自社の専門知識を活用し、新規アプリケーション向けの革新的なソリューションおよびレーザー加工プロセスを提案
実験計画法（DOE）を用いたプロセスの最適化
各種ツール（顕微鏡、SEM等）を用いた検査評価の実施
関連する統計解析ソフトウェアおよび画像解析ソフトウェアを用いたデータ分析
ESI標準アプリケーション評価手法に基づく開発管理
必要試験装置の保守への参加
顧客対応活動および新規アプリケーション開発への関与
プロセス最適化のためのマーケティング、営業、サービス、エンジニアリングチームとの連携
顧客サポート、システムデモンストレーション、アプリケーション開発支援の提供
国内チームおよび米国本社への報告・連絡
国内および海外出張（例：オレゴン州ポートランド、シンガポール）

顧客対応経験、分析力、優れたコミュニケーション能力
ネイティブレベルの日本語能力とビジネスレベルの英語力（読解、作文、会話）
【尚可】
PCB/FPC市場におけるCO・またはUVレーザーの経験
光学および走査サブシステムに関する知識
Python、MATLABなどのプログラミングスキル
