（１） パーソナルケアビジネス全般の予算（売上、経費）を管理し、売上予算達成に向けてチームを主導する。
（２） 部門メンバーの指導、教育、育成を行う。
（３） 顧客のキーパーソンとの関係を強化し、新しいビジネス機会を創出する為の適切な管理、部門メンバーのサポートを行う。
（４） 当社の製品特性に関する情報と顧客のニーズを結び付け、将来の売り上げにつながるビジネスパイプラインを創出する。
（５） 関連部門のマネージャーと事業戦略、アクションプランの作成及び実行を行う。
（６） SMT（セールス、マーケティング、R T）の各マネージャーと密にコミュニケーションを行い、企業の価値を最大限顧客に提供出来る環境整え、チームを主導する。
