【必須要件】
●医薬品事業に関する実務経験
（特に生産とCMC関連のバックグラウンドを持つ方を望む）
●各国＆各部門を巻き込み、部門間の調整・協力体制を構築するマネジメント、リーダーシップスキル
●研究・開発・製造・薬事・販売・サプライチェーン等のグローバルでの医薬品事業に関する基本的知識
【要件（尚可）】
●突発的な事象や海外との業務にフレキシブルに対応できる体力・能力・精神力
●様々な各社各部門の幹部と円滑なコミュニケーションがとれる能力
【マインド・人柄】
●拡大・複雑化している医薬品事業を客観的に整理・分析し、現状を理解できる
●多数のキーステークホルダーと連携することで、持続的な事業・会社の発展を担うことが出来る
【英語レベル】
●CEFR B2以上
