1. モータ制御システムの開発、手振れ補正アルゴリズムの開発、手振れ補正技術に関する研究。
2. AF Driver ICの組み込みソフトウェア開発モータ位置精度や周波数応答や静定時間を改善。
3. OIS Driver ICおよびIMUの組み込みソフトウェア開発。
EISおよび画像処理と連携しシステムレベルで各種キャリブレーション性能および手振れ補正性能を向上。
4. OISモータICのアルゴリズム開発と技術評価に協力し、手振れ補正モジュールの開発と性能分析仕様を最適化。
5. 関連技術の動向分析、競合製品の調査、業界の発展状況に精通し新技術と優れたリソースを紹介する。

Required Skills
1. サーボ制御理論に精通しており、デジタルフィルタのアルゴリズム開発・検証に精通している。
2. Android SDK開発およびARM組み込みソフトウェア設計、C/C++開発に精通している。
3. AI（人工知能）および機械学習に精通しておりAI processor用ソフトウェアの開発経験がある。
4. 関連する実務経験が 8 年以上あり、自動化/制御工学等の学士号以上。
5. 体系的な創造能力、良好なコミュニケーション能力、優れたチームワーク能力を有している。
