製品の年間予算（Annual OP）達成をミッションとし、担当テリトリーにおける販売チャネルを最大限に活用して
売上最大化を図っていただきます。
事業部内の関連部門やSDG内の他事業部との連携を推進し、シナジー創出による事業拡大を目指します。
【仕事内容】
・製品の年間予算（Annual OP）の予算達成を目指す
・管轄テリトリーの販売チャネルを駆使し、検査センター/企業など主要顧客のキーパーソンと良好な関係を構築して売上げの最大化
・本社のプライオリティに則った販売促進戦略を立案しKPIを設定・実行
・管轄顧客の営業・検査現場の状況を的確に把握し、適切な売上げ予測の立案
・本社のプライオリティ実践が加速できるようなアイデアを継続的な発信
・チームメンバーと適切なコミュニケーションを通じてメンバーを育成しチーム力の強化
・事業部内の関連する各部門との良好なコミュニケーション構築
・他事業部との相乗効果の実現

Required Skills
【応募要件】
・実験器具、診断、または関連科学産業における 5 年間の営業経験
・生命科学、生化学、医療技術、または関連科学分野の知見
・営業チームのリーダーシップまたは管理経験
・営業目標の達成と収益増加の実績
・営業企画立案と実行経験（セールスフォースを活用した管理経験があれば尚可）
・基本的なMS Officeスキル （Word Excel PowerPoint）
・コミュニケーション能力（社内外ステークホルダーとの調整能力）
【歓迎要件】
・体外診断用医薬品、臨床検査機器の営業経験があれば尚可
