（１）技術系バックグラウンドのある方
・研究開発部署にて、顧客との窓口業務
・品質管理業務
・技術サービス
（２）営業系バックグラウンドのある方
・研究開発に関しての知識習得
・営業業務
・マーケティング業務
日本で一定期間業務を経験し、会社や業務の理解をしていただいた上で、前述の関係会社に転籍または出向いただきます。
韓国に行っていただくまでの期間は、各人のご経験、スキル、状況等により異なります。
