１：多段階・長期プロジェクトのステージ管理（探索研究～上市まで）
２：クロスファンクショナル連携（社内外）および外部調整
３：国内外薬事規制対応、品質保証、GXP準拠
４：リスク管理と予防策の体系構築
５：プロジェクトチャーター策定、統合プロジェクト計画
６：リソース配分とポートフォリオ管理
７：デジタルPMツール活用による効率化
８：ガバナンス体制と変更管理
