（１）職務内容（管理職ポジション）
事業本部傘下の海外関係会社（特に英・独）の業績管理（予算立案、予実差分析）、投資採算検討、現地事業支援、事業計画立案（新規プロジェクト立案、M Aを含む）。
（２）具体的にお任せする業務
駐在員と連携しての月次の業績・KPIの管理。年間予算計画の立案、現地事業の支援（コーポレート部門と連携し、経理・財務・人事・法務面等での支援）。新規投資採算の検討や、M Aを含む事業計画の立案と社内仰裁・報告。加えて、若手社員の指導・教育。
