・日本および主要諸外国における関連法令等の情報収集・調査、自社への影響分析と対応策の検討・実行
・国内外グループにおける情報管理体制の強化（既存プロジェクト等への参画含む）
・法務コンプライアンス視点でのコンプライアンス推進・インシデント対応
・コンプライアンスの実効性・効率性向上を通じた現場の課題解決支援
・Rocheとの連携や海外グループ会社の統制・支援を含むグローバル対応

・組織横断業務あるいはプロジェクトにおけるリーダー（マネジメント経験あればなお可）
・日本の法学部、日本ないし主要諸外国の法科大学院卒
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 800点以上）
