JOB OVERVIEW
In reporting to G＆A Mgr / Financial Controller Finance Manager will also need to work closely with Managing Director and support as balance to his business and commercial focus; will need to be a solid business support providing analysis and to control the risk exposure of the business. To also develop and maintain internal controls ensuring compliance accuracy and predictability of results the analysis of variations and the determination of countermeasures and actions to mitigate exposure.
You must be operationally hands on organized highly motivated and able to work with a disciplined approach towards managing people and work standards.

Reporting to: G A Mgr / Financial Controller

EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS
1. Either professionally qualified Accountant or equivalent with a minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience.
2. Previous experience of working for large multi national companies.
3. Strong commercial business experience with the ability to be a partner to the business.
4. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills demonstrating the ability to understand key financial drivers of the business.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and cross culturally.
6. Can do attitude with a proven track record of results achievement budgeting planning forecasting and demonstrated business acumen.
7. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles practices procedures and compliance regulations.
8. Proven track record in working capital management treasury foreign exchange and US GAAP.
9. Experience of working with Oracle and Hyperion as a financial reporting tool.
10. Fluency in English and Japanese （mandatory） Korean （preferable）.
11. Knowledge of Oracle R12 is added advantage.
12. Good Communication skills fast learner.
