Required Skills
【必須要件】※リーダーの場合
・製薬企業での薬効薬理研究の実務経験（３年以上）があり、薬効薬理評価系（in vitro in vivo）の構築、実施、データの解釈に精通している方
・非臨床試験のプロジェクトマネジメントもしくはリーダー経験
・メンバーマネジメント経験
【歓迎要件】
・新規モダリティーでオンコロジー領域の新薬に挑戦したい方
・オンコロジー領域での非臨床薬理試験の信頼性保証試験の実務を経験した方
・各種ゼノグラフトモデルでのin vivo薬効評価
