This position leads Controllership of the business unit to ensure accurate effective and timely financial statements by following Mars/Japan GAAP remediating enhanced ICE gaps and co creating business practices and procedures as required.
Works as a business partner for Mars Japan Directors for OH forecasting efficiency improvement and Cash forecasting WCA improvement action plan development.
This position would be required to come to the TOK office for more than 40% of the month.

Education Professional Qualifications
・University bachelor’s degree
・Nissho Boki 2nd preferred

Knowledge / Experience
・5+ years experience in Finance （Controllership experience is preferred）
