【仕事内容】
・ 現在および将来のターゲット市場と、それらにおける戦略的ポジショニングを定義し、レーザーチップ市場におけるパートナーシップおよびアライアンスを通じて機会を評価する。
・ レーザーチップ製品の維持管理を行い、コスト目標と利益率の達成に向けて社内チームを率いる。
・ PCN（製品変更通知）およびPDN（製品製造中止通知）を通じて、社内製品のリリース、変更、段階的な廃止を調整する。
・ 部門横断的なチームと連携し、製品の準備状況、タイムライン、成果物について調整する。
・ 製品関連の問題を追跡・整理し、関連チームと協力して解決を推進する。
【職務】
・ 年間収益目標および割り当てられた事業目標を達成または上回る。
・ 収益ギャップ分析、四半期（R6Q）予測、5ヵ年事業計画へのインプットなど、収益計画活動を推進する。
・ 価格見積を作成し、顧客との商談交渉を主導する。
・ 顧客および社内チームと緊密に連携し、商談、技術、および納品に関する問題を解決する。
・ アプリケーションエンジニアと連携し、次世代製品の導入を支援するデザインイン・パイプラインを管理します。

Required Skills
【必須】
・工学または関連技術分野の学士号
・光トランシーバーまたは光半導体業界での数年の経験
・需要予測（デマンドフォーキャスト）および価格設定の経験
・デザインイン（Design in）の経験
・流暢な日本語能力
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 800点以上、または同等）
【歓迎】
・AI/ML関連の半導体企業での経験
・製品ライン管理（PLM）の経験。営業、FAE、または研究開発の経験
