・システム導入や改修に関するプロジェクトリーダーおよびプロジェクト管理経験もしくはチームマネジメント経験（グループなどでメンバーをまとめる業務経験）
・グローバルチームをリードし、グローバル会議で議論できる英語力
・高いITリテラシー、データベース構築・管理に関する知識、データベース取扱い経験者
・CSV（コンピュータライズド・システム・バリデーション）の知識
・日常業務において、コンプライアンスを遵守した行動ができる。
【尚可】
・GVP、ICH等関連法規・規制等の理解・習熟した方が望ましい
・Argus（症例情報管理のデータベースシステム）使用経験者が望ましい
・システム運用に関するAudit/Inspection対応の経験者が望ましい
・安全管理業務の経験者が望ましい
・既存のものに捉われず、新しい発想で業務の構築・推進ができる
