As a Warehouse Transportation Operation Lead you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here you will make an impact by:
■Lead project planning execution and delivery to ensure alignment with organizational goals budgets and timelines.
■Coordinate and Collaborates with Program Manager Stakeholders cross functional teams external 3PL companies and project team members to perform and deliver following; refine project scope and define project plan utilizing Work Breakdown Structures.
Define communication plans and executes them within organization to ensure project support. To ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.
Leverages resources which may be global across the Division/Staff Unit as well as typically across several disciplines to achieve timely completion of project deliverables. Makes recommendations on forecasting the project budget. Controls the approved project budget.
■Monitor project progress identify risks or issues and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance. Prepare and present status reports performance metrics and key updates to senior management and stakeholders.
■Collaborate with internal teams to Establish data management tools deep dive the data and identify opportunities for process optimization and data driven improvement. Develop dashboards reports and data visualizations to communicate key trends and performance metrics to stakeholders.
■Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and safety or regulatory requirements throughout all project stages.

・High level of experience in logistics supply chain management or a related field in a leadership role.

・Knowledge of the Project Management process as described in the PMBOK R Guide (A Guide to the Project Management Institute Body of Knowledge) published by the Project Management Institute.
・Supply Chain or logistics experience in the manufacturing industry or third party logistics company.
・Change management certification or experience.
・Proficiency in logistics software and tools including SAP logistics modules.
