・各ブランド・適応症の中心として、PVU/Franchiseのポートフォリオ戦略に基づき、商業・メディカル両面でのビジネス活動をリード
・部署横断でリソースプランを作成し、L Dと協力してトレーニングプランを策定
・ソリューション、セールス、メディカルチームと連携し業務課題を特定、解決策を提案
・販売実績や事業進捗の月次分析をI2IやSOMと行い、定期的なビジネスレビューを主導
