職務内容
- アプリ・WebサービスにおけるUI/UX設計および改善
- データに基づいたUI設計とユーザー体験の最適化
- プロジェクト初期段階でのデザイン検討・リード
- デザインシステムの整備・運用
- 企画・開発チームとの協業によるUX判断
条件・待遇
- 年収: 4,000,000円〜6,000,000円 (スキル・経験に応じて決定)
- 年俸制＋インセンティブプラン
