Job Description
ユーザーに価値を届けるプロダクトの企画・開発・改善をリードする役割を担います。 エンジニア、デザイナー、データサイエンティスト、ビジネスチームなど多様なステークホルダーと協働し、ユーザー課題の発見から解決策の設計、リリース、そしてその後の改善まで一貫して推進します。

職務内容
- プロダクトのビジョン／戦略／ロードマップの策定と更新
- ユーザーリサーチ（インタビュー、サーベイ、ログ分析等）による課題発見・機会探索
- KPI設計と学習サイクルの運用
- 要件定義（PRD、ユーザーストーリー、受け入れ基準）と優先順位付け
- スプリント計画、進行管理、品質基準の定義、リリースマネジメント
- セキュリティ／プライバシー／アクセシビリティ観点を含むレビューとリスク管理
