フロントオフィスとして、フローFXおよびオプション取引の執行、顧客リレーション、収益創出を担い、トレーディングや関連チームと連携しながら付加価値の高いソリューションを提供するポジションです。

• 日本の機関投資家・事業法人顧客向けのFX・コモディティセールス業務全般
• フローFXおよびオプション取引の執行、価格提示、マーケット情報やトレードアイデアの提供
• 顧客との関係構築・深耕を通じた取引量およびウォレットシェアの拡大
• トレーディング、リサーチ、キャピタルマーケッツチームと連携した統合的な顧客対応
• 新規顧客のオンボーディングおよび既存顧客の取引拡大支援
• パイプライン管理および営業施策を通じた安定的な収益成長への貢献

This is a front-office opportunity within a leading international bank's Global Markets business in Japan, focused on FX and commodities sales for Japanese institutional and corporate clients. As an FX & Commodities Sales professional (Associate to VP), you will own client relationships, execution, and revenue generation across flow FX and options, working closely with trading and product teams in a fast-paced markets environment.

• Manage day-to-day FX and commodities sales activities for Japanese institutional and corporate clients.
• Execute flow FX and options transactions, providing timely pricing, market colour, and trade ideas.
• Build and deepen client relationships to increase wallet share and repeat trading activity.
• Partner closely with trading, research, and capital markets teams to deliver coordinated client solutions.
• Support onboarding of new clients and expansion of existing accounts across FX and commodities products.
• Drive revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management and targeted sales initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal governance, conduct standards, and regulatory requirements.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• バンキング、グローバルマーケッツ、または関連分野の実務経験
• FX市場の構造、ヘッジニーズ、取引フローに関する理解
• 日本の機関投資家または事業法人顧客とやりとりをした経験
• 優れたビジネス感覚
• 細部までミスなく、確実にエクセキューションができること

• Background in banking, global markets, or related financial services, with exposure to FX products preferred.
• Strong understanding of FX market dynamics, client hedging needs, and trading workflows.
• Experience engaging with Japanese institutional and/or corporate clients.
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and disciplined execution.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
• Proactive, resilient, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced markets environment.
• Clear and confident communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

• Japanese: Native level.
• English: Intermediate to Business level (spoken and written).

• Prior exposure to FX options or commodities products in a sales or trading-related role.
• Experience working in a global markets platform with cross-regional teams and time zones.
