外資系医療機器メーカーにて、婦人科向け手術ソリューションを担当する医療機器セールスとしてご活躍いただきます。

名古屋を拠点に、中部エリアの病院・医師と密に連携し、最新の外科医療技術の導入と女性医療の向上に貢献するポジションです。営業として高い裁量を持ち、地域ビジネスの成長をリードしていただきます。



主な職務内容

  • 名古屋を拠点に、婦人科向け手術ソリューションを担当していただきます
  • 機器・関連消耗品の売上目標達成に向けた営業戦略・ビジネスプランの実行
  • 産婦人科医、病院管理者、看護師との信頼関係構築および関係維持
  • 医療従事者向けの**製品トレーニング(安全かつ効果的な使用方法)**の実施
  • 手術時におけるオペ室内での技術サポート・製品ガイダンス
  • 市場動向・競合情報の分析およびコンプライアンス遵守

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Medical Device Sales Representative to drive the adoption of advanced gynecologic surgical solutions in the Nagoya region. Representing a global leader in women's health technology, you will work closely with hospitals and clinicians to improve patient outcomes by introducing innovative medical devices. This position offers strong autonomy and the chance to be the key commercial driver in Central Japan.



Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for both capital equipment and consumable products by executing a structured business plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists, hospital management, and nursing staff.
  • Train medical professionals on the safe and effective use of products.
  • Provide technical support and guidance in the operating room during surgical procedures.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity while strictly adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • 医療機器業界での営業経験3年以上
  • 普通自動車運転免許
  • Microsoft OfficeやiPadなどの基本的なITスキル

  • 学習意欲・飲み込みの速さ(医療技術を迅速に理解・習得できること)
