【会社概要】
総合物流事業を展開しており、ベトナム・ミャンマーにおいては、旅客運送事業も行っており、日本人学校のスクールバス運行や日系企業の駐在員やご家族の移動をサポートしております。 また、ベトナムとタイでは貿易ライセンスを持つ法人を設置しており、物流と商流のワンストップサービスを可能にしています。
【主な業務内容】
ベトナムで歴史の長い日系物流企業で課長クラス以上の管理ができる人材を募集します。
業務内容には管理業務・営業業務・ローカルスタッフへの指導等が含まれます。 営業に関しては新規の営業というよりはローカルスタッフが取ってきたアポイントに同行する形になります。 （対日本人の交渉も含まれます。）
事業は倉庫業務40%：運送業務40%：輸出入業務20%程度で本人に経験に応じて業務を割り振ります。
社内の飲み会はありますが、クライアントとの飲み会はほぼなく、ゴルフも少ないです
【補足情報】
- 直属の上司：日本人社長
- 勤務地は南のビンズンかハノイのどちらかになります。（勤務開始後、移動の可能性もあります。）
- 最初の１年は教育の期間と考えております。 パフォーマンスが良ければ最短で２年で駐在員になるキャリアがあります。
- アシスタントがおりますので、英語不可でも問題ありません。
