職務内容
日本からの問い合わせに対応し、現地ホテルやレストランと連携して旅行パッケージを企画
日本人クライアントの要望をヒアリングし、提案・承認を獲得
社内チームや本社と協力し、旅行手配を円滑に進行
修学旅行などの大規模案件からVIP向けの少人数案件まで幅広く対応
春・秋の繁忙期や大型イベント時に柔軟に対応
UK顧客向けに日本旅行の手配を行う場合もあり
応募資格
日本語ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション能力
英語ビジネスレベル（ホテル手配や現地対応に必須）
複数のステークホルダーを調整するための交渉力・調整力
自律的に業務を進める力とチームで協働する姿勢
ドイツ語またはイタリア語があれば尚可（必須ではありません）
