職務概要
クライアントのアムステルダム拠点にて、意欲的なプロジェクト・ファイナンスの専門家を募集しています。
採用された方は、プロジェクト・ファイナンス案件のオリジネーション、ストラクチャリング、およびエクセキューションにおいて重要な役割を担います。
また、東京本社との密接な連携（予算関連事項や信用審査など、いわゆる企画業務に該当する業務）も求められます。
主な職務内容
- 案件のエクセキューション： 案件の初期オリジネーションからファイナンシャル・クローズに至るまで、プロジェクト・ファイナンス取引の全工程をサポートする。
- 定量的分析： プロジェクト・ファイナンスおよびその他の専門的なファイナンス案件に対し、高度な財務モデリング、包括的なリスク分析、および厳格なデューデリジェンスを実施する。
- 与信ドキュメンテーション： 信用申請書および社内向けのハイレベルなプレゼンテーション資料の作成を支援する。
- ポートフォリオ管理： 積極的なポートフォリオ管理および案件実行後のモニタリング活動に貢献する。
企画業務： 予算関連事項や信用審査など、東京本社との密接な調整業務を行う。

- 実務経験： プロジェクト・ファイナンスにおける2〜7年の実務経験が必須となります。
- テクニカルスキル： 高い分析能力、および財務モデリングにおける高度な習熟度。
- 語学力： 英語および日本語の両方において、ビジネスプロフェッショナルレベルで流暢であること。
