SAPの2ndラインとしてのサポート経験（機能変更要望やユーザ/3rdラインとのブリッジ）
業務要件定義及び理解
フルエントレベルの日本語
ビジネスレベルの英語
ステークホルダーマネジメント
SAP関連の資格、会計知識（歓迎）
