Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and thoroughly reviewing tender cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and comprehensive pricing schedules.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of drawings, specifications, and all tender requirements to accurately scope projects.
• Performing cost benchmarking and identifying opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Leading tender clarifications and managing post-tender negotiations to secure favorable project terms.
• Developing detailed project budgets and providing ongoing support for effective cost control and management of variations throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinating closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment of cost estimates with technical designs and execution plans.
