Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site activities and ensuring seamless project execution in accordance with plans and specifications.

• Coordinating all technical changes with main contractors, consultants, other MEP trades, and subcontractors.

• Monitoring project progress, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and strict adherence to safety standards on site.

• Preparing comprehensive project documentation, including method statements, progress reports, and essential updates.

• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure full compliance with local codes and regulations, particularly the SCDF Fire Code.

• Leading and communicating effectively with Site Coordinators and Site Supervisors regarding all on-site technical matters.

• Planning and coordinating the testing & commissioning (T&C) of various fire protection systems.

• Supporting the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and efficient troubleshooting of any site-related issues.
