Company and Job Overview（概要）
- 地域子会社の財務諸表の作成・レビューを主導し、IFRS/GAAP、日本基準および各国の法令要件への準拠を徹底。
- 流動性管理を強化し、資金ポジションの集中化を推進、税務・移転価格ガイドラインに沿ったグループ内資金調達を管理。
- シンガポールの法令要件を遵守し、外部監査の調整および監査指摘事項の確実な実施を担当。
- 予算策定、フォーキャスト、財務計画プロセスをリードし、意思決定を支援する戦略的な財務インサイトを提供。
- 内部統制を強化し、財務業務・レポーティングの効率化を推進、ファイナンスチームを指導し高いパフォーマンスを維持。
- CPA資格必須、関連業務で5年以上の経験を有すること。
- 複数法人・地域にわたる財務報告の作成・連結に関する高度な専門知識。
- 国際銀行との折衝経験およびトレジャリープラットフォームの活用経験。
- 財務業務を独立して統括できるリーダーシップを発揮。
- 優れたステークホルダーマネジメント能力、分析力、問題解決力。
- 高い倫理観とプロフェッショナリズムを備え、細部への注意力と強力なプロジェクト管理スキルを保持。
