JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead ongoing projects focused on enhancing end-user workspace experience, including collaboration, mobility, performance, security, and service levels.   

• Contribute to the development of client computing engineering and digital workspace strategy and roadmap.   

• Assist in creating standards and policies for client endpoint computing (e.g., Microsoft Windows and mobility), Intune device management, Purview Information Protection, and application control.  

• Provide expertise to regional teams on modernized end-user computing tools and workspaces, while collaborating with global headquarters teams.       

• Partner with project teams to deliver key initiatives that support organizational transformation, ensuring alignment of endpoint computing architecture, solutions, processes, standards, and service delivery.

• Coordinate with internal teams on delivery plans for major projects.    

• Support the development and implementation of target architectures.

• Prepare documentation for all target architectures and solutions, and present project progress reports.      

• Ensure timely and clear communication of project status and progress to stakeholders and IT teams.

   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science/Engineering with atleast 6 years in End User Services.    

• Hands-on experience with Intune administration and device management. 

• Microsoft certifications (M365, Endpoint, Azure), ITIL certification is good to have.    

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and modern authentication.     

• Experience with VDI, SCCM/Intune/MECM, Windows OS deployment, and collaboration tools.      

• Familiarity with Purview Information Protection and device management platforms.
