日系電子部品商社よりSenior Manager の募集となります。
電子部品・半導体という成長産業で、日系顧客との信頼関係構築を軸にダイナミックな営業戦略を実行できる環境です。
仕事内容：
Senior Managerとして以下業務をお任せします。
■半導体事業における販売機会の管理および開拓
■既存顧客との関係維持・強化、新規ビジネス機会の創出
■南アジアの営業チームをリードし、本社方針に基づいて南アジアの営業戦略を策定し、会社の事業目標を達成する
■営業活動を支援するため、社内チームや海外パートナーとの連携・調整
■経営層向けの販売レポート、予測、プレゼンテーション資料の作成
■国内外への出張（商談・顧客訪問のため）
■ローカルスタッフのマネジメント
【必須要件】
■電子部品・ 半導体業界または関連分野での営業経験 5～10年
■海外での就業経験
■海外出張が可能な方
■営業マネジメント／リーダーシップ分野の学習・スキル習得に意欲がある方
■自発的かつ主体的に行動でき、独立して業務を進められると同時にチームでの協働もできる方
■ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
