Position: Assistant Production Manager
Location: Amata Chonburi
Total Package: 40,000-50,000 THB/Month (Depend on experience)

Job Description:

• Manage and control new model including manpower control.

• Follow company policy from top management especially quality policy.

• Summary data and submitting report to Manager or factory Sr. manager.

• Follow up and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, IATF-16949 system and all.

• Educate and advise subordinate related with process products.

• Control subordinates follow WI and SOP. in the process flow.

• Conduct about activity for improvement especially process (Kaizen, 5S., 3(kor), etc.)

• Follow company rule and regulation by Thai labor law including organization management.

• Participate and support about new model or quality issue both.

• Follow and solving problems to achieve target. (Follow by production planning)

• OJT. Or Training to subordinate for production process etc.

• Coordinate sales and customers when new model has problem issue.

• Leader new model drawing review.

• Follow up safety rules and maintain in production process too.

• Advice to subordinate and report to Manager.

• Summary weekly report to management.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree engineering of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field.

• Experience more 5 years in new model and Engineering.

• Experience of production operation process (MI. or SMT.) for PCBA. Product

• Knowledge of management and leadership skills.

• Good communication and English skill.

• Good relationship and coordinate contact with other sections.
