Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training and development, with strong capability in program design and delivery.
- Solid understanding of ISO standards including ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO45001, and ISO51000.
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate across regions.
