Job Description
Position: QAQC Manager
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 THB
Location: Hi-tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage quality issues, root cause analysis, and statistical process control (including Six Sigma and X-Bar control).
Handle customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and ensure horizontal deployment of solutions across processes.
Lead quality management activities with subcontractors and external suppliers.
Conduct regular quality meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications, particularly IATF16949.
Qualifications:
Experience in resin molding OR metal pressing OR assembly (manufacturing processes).
Strong knowledge of quality problem-solving, statistical analysis, and process control methods. (statistical analysis is really essential skill) statistical analysis: including Six Sigma and X-Bar control.
Working knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Background in electrical products is highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage supplier/subcontractor.
