Java Engineer (Enterprise Systems / IT Consulting)

We are looking for a Java Engineer to work on enterprise and mission-critical business applications for clients in Japan.
You will be involved in the full application lifecycle, from requirements definition and design to development, testing, maintenance, and system enhancement, within a structured IT consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in system requirements definition and application design

• Develop and enhance Java-based business and web applications

• Perform application testing, data migration, maintenance, and operations

• Support system improvements and functional enhancements

• Collaborate with Japanese business users and global project teams

Javaエンジニア（業務系システム／ITコンサルティング）

日本国内クライアント向けの業務系・ミッションクリティカルなシステムの開発・改修を担当していただきます。
要件定義から設計、開発、テスト、運用まで、システムライフサイクル全体に関わるポジションです。

主な業務内容

• システム要件定義およびアプリケーション設計

• Javaを用いた業務アプリケーションの開発・改修

• テスト、データ移行、保守・運用業務

• システム改善および機能拡張対応

• 日本側業務部門およびグローバルチームとの連携

エンジニアの技術向上を重視し、定期的にナレッジシェアや技術レビューを行っています。

Required Skills & Experience 

• 2+ years of Java application development experience

• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring / Spring Boot

• Experience with TypeScript, Angular or React (basic to intermediate)

• Solid SQL skills (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile development

• Understanding of open-system application development

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Business level (mandatory)

• English: Conversational to business level

Preferred

• Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes

• Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Experience in enterprise or IT consulting projects

必須スキル・経験（日本語）

• Javaでのアプリケーション開発経験 2年以上

• Core Java、Spring／Spring Bootの実務経験

• TypeScript、AngularまたはReactの基本〜実務経験

• SQLの実務経験（Oracle、MySQL、PostgreSQL 等）

• Git、CI/CDツール、アジャイル開発の経験

• オープン系システム開発の理解

語学要件

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル（必須）

• 英語：日常会話〜ビジネスレベル

歓迎要件

• マイクロサービス、Docker、Kubernetesの経験

• クラウド環境（AWS／Azure／GCP）の利用経験

• 業務系・ITコンサルティング案件の経験
