A global manufacturing organization specializing in high‑precision engineered components for diverse industries, including medical, industrial, and consumer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead QA deliverables for new and transfer projects, including inspection instructions, first article inspections, capability studies, MSA, PPAP documentation, and project qualification activities.
Drive nonconforming product control, conduct failure analysis, manage customer complaints, and ensure timely and effective corrective and continuous improvement actions.
Prepare and present quality performance reports, leading internal and customer quality review meetings while coordinating RMA, sorting, and rework activities with suppliers and customers.
Develop and execute Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and conduct training for quality technicians and inspectors on inspection criteria, methods, and updated quality requirements.
Support customer process audits, NPI qualification audits, system audits, and manage engineering change orders, purging activities, and documentation updates.
Oversee supplier quality management, ensure adherence to RBA and Supplier Code of Conduct requirements, and handle additional tasks assigned by management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Science-related field (Materials, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent).
Proficiency in Minitab and strong experience in 8D report writing.
Solid knowledge of QC Core Tools, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FAI, CPK, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plans.
Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong ability to interpret part drawings, technical documents, and engineering specifications.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
