Job Description
An established manufacturer of wire harness and electronics components in Kulim is looking for Finance and HR Manager to oversee the accounting operations and HR functions in the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Lead and manage the finance team
- Oversee General Affairs and HR team
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting in a manufacturing environment
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit processes
Job Requirement
- Strong analytical skills in P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow
- Experience in manufacturing setting
- Proven leadership and team management
- Able to speak in Japanese is a plus point
