本ポジションは、APACの営業組織を支えるセールスオペレーションの中核として、指標設計・プロセス改善・CRM運用を主導します。グローバル施策との整合を取りつつ、データドリブンな意思決定を現場に根付かせ、売上目標の達成を支援します。

職務内容
- APAC営業リーダー／他地域Sales Opsと連携し、商業施策を推進・標準化する
- パフォーマンス管理を設計し、分析レポートで意思決定を支援する
- Salesforce（CRM）を中心にETM・セグメンテーションを運用し、パイプラインの単一真実を維持する
- 新ツール／新プロセスの教育・オンボーディングを行い、現場定着と継続的改善をリードする
