日本拠点の人事業務を一手に担うハンズオン型HRポジションです。労務管理、給与計算、採用、評価サポートなど幅広い業務を担当し、経営層と密接に連携します。

職務内容
給与・賞与計算、社会保険手続き
労務管理（36協定、就業規則改定、育児・介護休暇対応）
労務・社保コンサルタントとの連携
評価プロセスのサポート（データ集計、評価会議準備）
採用業務全般（求人、面接、オファー）
入退社手続き、オンボーディング・オフボーディング対応
小規模組織での幅広いHRオペレーション
条件・待遇
- 年収810万円〜990万円
- 月給制、基本給と固定残業代を含む
- 賞与年1回
- 勤務時間: 09:00〜17:30
