FP&Aマネージャーとして、予算編成・予測・業績分析を通じて経営層の意思決定を支援します。財務戦略の立案や業務効率化に向けたプロジェクトをリードする重要な役割です。

- 年間予算編成および月次予測プロセスの主導、差異分析の実施
- 売上・利益・コストなど主要財務指標のモニタリングと分析
- 経営陣向けの財務報告書・戦略的プレゼンテーションの作成
- 製品別・業績別の分析による改善機会の特定
- ExcelやERPを用いた高度なデータ分析
- キャッシュフローの追跡・予測、ワーキングキャピタル改善施策の提案
- 経理チームとの連携による決算処理の支援
- チームメンバーの指導・育成、部門横断プロジェクトの管理

- 中級以上の英語力、部門横断的な協働力
