仕事内容
入荷から出荷までのエンドツーエンドのカスタマーフルフィルメント業務を管理
3PL物流パートナーと直接連携し、倉庫の日々のオペレーションを円滑に運営
店舗補充およびECフルフィルメントをサポートし
生産性・作業精度・配送パフォーマンスをモニタリングし改善を推進
物流コストの管理、請求書の確認、コストコントロール施策のサポート
社内チームと外部ベンダーの主要なコーディネーターとして調整役を担当
配送遅延、差異、破損などのオペレーション課題を解決
