・24ヶ月のローリング供給計画の策定・維持
・顧客サービスレベルと在庫目標の達成
・IBPプロセスへの参加とサプライ計画の共有
・計画上の課題解決とリスク軽減
・継続的改善活動と新製品導入のサポート
