【職務概要】
医療分野で使用される3Dプリンターおよび関連装置を扱う、安定した事業基盤を持つ企業にて、日本国内の顧客を対象とした装置設置・保守・技術サポート業務を担当していただきます。
日本国内に多数の取引先を持ち、長期的かつ安定した業務環境が特徴です。
【勤務形態】
・勤務場所は 在宅 または 日本国内の顧客先のみ
・オフィス勤務なし
・必要に応じて日本国内の顧客先への訪問対応あり
【業務内容】
・医療向け3Dプリンターおよび関連装置の設置、初期セットアップ
・3Dプリンターの点検、保守、メンテナンス、トラブルシューティング
・顧客からの技術的な問い合わせ対応（リモート／現地）
・3Dプリンターの基本操作説明および技術サポート
・日本国内顧客への継続的なアフターサポート業務

・装置のトラブルシューティング経験
・顧客対応や現場対応に慣れている方
