職務内容
- 月次決算、年次決算の作成および監査対応
- 財務報告書の作成および提出
- 税務申告手続きのサポート
- 予算計画および予測の作成
- 内部および外部のステークホルダーとの連携
- 財務プロセスの改善提案および実施
- 会計ソフトウェアおよびシステムの管理
- その他関連業務のサポート

- 公認会計事務所、アウトソーシング、コンサルティングでの複数クライアント対応経験、または同等の社内リーダー経験
- IFRS、JGAAP、日本の税務知識
- ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語力
- 高度なExcelスキル（関数作成含む）
- 学習意欲と成長志向
歓迎条件
- CPA、USCPA、簿記2級などの資格
- 会計・財務・ビジネス関連の学位
- クライアントマネジメント経験
- SAP、Oracle、Xeroなどの会計ソフト使用経験
