＜ポジション概要＞
当社の引っ越し部門にて、主に日本人駐在員のお客様の海外引っ越しサポートを担当いただきます。
デスクワークから現場対応まで、幅広くご対応いただくポジションです。
＜業務内容＞
・引っ越しに関する事前案内（メール・電話対応）
・日程調整、スケジュール管理、社内外との連絡調整
・通関関連サポート（お客様のパスポート受け取り・返却対応など）
・引っ越し荷物の引き取り・搬入・立ち会い
・顧客データや書類の管理、請求・報告関連の事務処理
・お客様（主に日本人駐在員・ご家族）および企業総務担当とのやり取り
※デスクワーク（オフィス内）と外出業務の両方があります。
※業務に慣れてきたらインド国内への出張へ行く可能性もあります。
