乳房生検装置の販売を担当し、東京を拠点に関東エリアの病院や医療機関へアプローチします。

主な職務内容

  • 乳房生検装置の提案・販売および売上目標の達成
  • 医師・病院スタッフとの信頼関係構築と新規顧客の開拓
  • 既存の販売代理店のマネジメント、新規パートナーの選定(適宜)
  • 市場動向や競合情報の分析による営業戦略の立案
  • 社内チームとの連携による受注管理と売上予測の共有

Join a global leader in women's health medical technology as a Sales Representative based in Tokyo. You will be responsible for promoting breast biopsy devices across hospitals and clinics in the Kanto region. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll manage distributor networks and help improve patient outcomes through earlier diagnosis and access to advanced medical tools.



Key Responsibilities

  • Sell breast biopsy systems to hospitals and meet assigned sales targets
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with doctors and medical staff
  • Manage existing distributor partnerships and evaluate new partners as needed
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage orders and forecast future sales

必須条件 経験・資格:

  • 医療機器営業経験
  • 病院・医療機関やクリニックに直接提案・販売をした経験
  • MS Office(Excel、PowerPoint、Teams等)を使いこなせること
  • 普通自動車運転免許

  • 医師・代理店・社内メンバーとの信頼関係構築力
  • カスタマーファーストの姿勢で最善の成果を目指す姿勢
  • 困難な状況にも前向きに対応できるポジティブ思考、課題解決力
語学力:
  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル
