- オンプレミス環境のネットワーク監視・運用保守
- インシデント管理、障害対応、原因分析、再発防止策の実施
- キャパシティ管理、パフォーマンス最適化
- バックアップ/リストア、セキュリティパッチ適用などの定常運用
