- 対外広報、メディア対応、クライシスコミュニケーションの統括
- 広報チーム（5名）のマネジメントおよび育成
- ブランド・価値・サービスを発信する戦略的メッセージ設計
- メディア・記者との関係構築および対応
- 社内外の信頼を高めるメディア戦略の立案
- 経営層への広報・レピュテーション対応の助言
- グローバル広報チームとの連携
- WebサイトやSNSなどデジタルチャネルの活用
