Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required; a Master’s degree may be preferred by some employers.
Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role is essential, with a proven track record of successful operations management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and interact with guests.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
